Terms & Conditions
Last updated 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
Ultra is owned and operated by ziggy smith, trading as ultra uk (“Ultra”, “we”, “us”). By using the Ultra website or app you are entering into an agreement with ultra uk. Contact: hello@ultra.app.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or continuing to use Ultra, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using Ultra. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and where you use Ultra on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it. You must keep your login details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.
3. What Ultra provides
Ultra is a digital membership giving access to whole-food recipes, meal planning, food tracking, Ultra Points and an AI food coach. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Ultra for your personal use for as long as your membership is active.
4. Membership, payment and renewals
Ultra memberships are sold as a monthly or annual subscription at the prices shown on our membership page, inclusive of any applicable tax. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Billing, tax, invoicing, cancellations and refund mechanics are additionally governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
5. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Ultra. In particular, you must not:
- use Ultra for anything unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or spam;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
- interfere with the security of Ultra — no malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits or reverse engineering;
- resell, redistribute or share your account access with others.
7. Your content and AI features
You keep ownership of the content you add — meals, recipes, photos and notes. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide Ultra to you. The Ultra coach is generated by AI: its suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete, you are responsible for how you use them, and we may filter or refuse outputs. If you believe content on Ultra infringes your rights, email us and we will review and remove it where appropriate.
8. Not medical advice
Ultra offers food, cooking and habit guidance. It is not medical, dietetic or nutritional advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are managing a diagnosed illness, speak to a qualified professional before changing how you eat. You are responsible for the food you buy, cook and eat, including checking allergens.
9. Intellectual property
Ultra, including the software, recipes, written content, photography, branding and design, is owned by ultra uk or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that ownership to you, and you may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. Availability and warranties
We work hard to keep Ultra running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available; features may change and maintenance happens. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable we’ll warn you first. You may close your account at any time. On termination your access ends; you may request an export or deletion of your data as set out in our Privacy Notice.
13. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email and apply from the next billing period. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
